Artie Max™ The Coding Robot
Parent testers were over the moon about this innovative, interactive, and fun way to teach kids coding – a subject becoming more and more popular among kids and a core skill for many of them as they enter the workforce. Artie Max teaches simple, step-by-step coding lessons. Artie is a cute little robot that travels around paper drawing designs based on the coding instructions your child inputs. There’s no denying how cool it is to see it come to life and execute the command they entered. The sense of accomplishment and gratification was so clear on the faces of our young testers. Parents appreciated how easy it was to set up and that charging with standard USB cords is a breeze. The consensus among reviewers was that this product encourages focus, attention to detail, concentration, patience, and creativity. The age suggestion of 8+ is ideal as kids this age found that using Artie was challenging and manageable. What’s more, they appeared to easily retain what was taught and did not find it overwhelming. The perfect educational activity for boys or girls. In a comment we heard from more than one tester, it would even be great for technology-intimidated senior citizens to try. The price of $110 is not insignificant. Still, considering how fun, innovative, high-quality, and educational it is, it is actually a solid value.
