Disney Jr. Super Stretchy Game
Disney’s own twist on the classic game of Twister was a big hit with our testers. Whereas Twister was aimed at a slightly older audience, Disney’s version targeted a younger demographic and not surprisingly they did it just right. Each child takes turns and earns points by being able to get the most body parts, up to five per turn (hand, foot, elbow, knee, head) on the appropriate spot on the board. The spots on the board are identified by either a character a shape or a color, so kids get a chance to reinforce those basic educational elements. There is a considerable amount of problem solving involved because of the need to contort yourself without falling over. The mat is great, easy to set up and with the bright bold colors of the shapes and characters making it easy for them to identify. The heavy-duty vinyl material impressed testers who thought it was extremely durable and would hold up to vigorous play.
