Inappropriate Minds got high scores from testers who found it to be ideal for Family Game Night fun, as well as a great road trip game. For families with teenagers, this is a great way to bring everyone together playing, chatting and laughing together instead of everyone being on separate screens in the same room. This would be a great ice breaker or could be used in the right aged classroom to give young minds a break from traditional learning while still promoting imagination, creativity, and critical thinking. Unless you’ve been living under a rock, chances are you either know or have heard about Cards Against Humanity. In our testers centers we quickly learned that the comparisons were inevitable. For parents there is a definitive split about what age they feel comfortable introducing or allowing their children to play a game that is…lets say…titillating. With Inappropriate Minds, a game that is considerably less…flammable, even so parents are going to have to follow their feelings and beliefs once again. There is no doubt that this is a fun game with lots of laughs and some…let’s just say “uncomfortable moments.” While this is a much tamer game, our testers were still split about what age they would feel comfortable playing with or giving it to their kids. There is always the option to go through the deck and pull the cards that you think are right on the edge. We like that proactive approach.
