Inglesina Aptica stroller + bassinet/stand
When you face the reality of purchasing your first stroller chances are you will suffer a case of sticker shock. This $600 stroller isn’t going to help ease the pain, but given the exceptional quality and durability, you can take solace in knowing that this could very well be the only stroller you ever buy. There are loads of great features that you may not know you’ll need yet but (like with so many other things) once you have them you won’t be able to imagine not having them. To start, the Aptica Stroller is exceptionally solid and made with large shock-absorbing wheels that smooth out even the roughest roads, uneven sidewalks, cobblestones, you get the idea. Next up, the big storage basket underneath. Again, you may not think you need it, trust us, you do! Now to the comfort level for your baby. The seat reclines fully so that your baby’s back can lay flat and the fabric is soft and inviting. Back to you. The handle is height-adjustable so no matter how tall or tiny the stroller pusher is, there’s a setting for you. Despite the size, it is narrow enough to fit through some tight spots, this surprised our testers who were expecting a massive, lumbering behemoth. There is plenty of reflective material to make nighttime strolls safer. Of course, there is a cup holder, what are they, savages?! Finally when folded the stroller stays upright without the handle touching the ground, parents thought that was pretty darn ingenious.
