Jake and the Never Land Pirates Who Shook Hook
This creative new board game was a hit with young testers but more importantly in the eyes of parents, this was a game that appealed to boys and girls equally. With bold, colorful graphics they were intrigued and eager to play. The game is all about strengthening fine motor skills, understanding balancing principals and using various manipulative tools and techniques to keep Captain Hook on his hammock. The instructions are clear and concise so it was easy to start playing right away. There is also a really nice feature to increase the difficulty for older children. Hook’s hammock is held on by a rubber band, by adjusting the tightness of the band it becomes either harder or easier to keep the captain on his bed. This adjusting flexibility led parents to believe that the life of the game would be extended.
