The Splash-n-Scrub play set is perfect for little helpers! Little kids love to help around the house, and sometimes that includes wanting to help with the dishes. Although this is a great skill to introduce small ones to under adult supervision, it’s not exactly something you can allow to happen without you there. This is why the kitchen sink play set is the perfect toy. Children can safely wash dishes to their heart’s content and practice keeping their own set of plates clean. The setup is straightforward, as is filling it up with water. You easily pop out the sink to reveal a tank and fill water to the line. Now you’re ready to play! It doesn’t heat the water, so parents choose the temperature when filling it up under the sink. Children can easily turn the faucet for water flow. It’s a gentle sprinkle that is not overwhelmingly strong, so it doesn’t create a lot of splashing and water spills. Although not super messy, there will be splashes, making this especially well-suited for outdoor play. It comes with 15 accessories to keep your little dishwashers busy and creative. You’ll find dishes, plastic silverware, a dish soap bottle (not fillable), and a scrub brush. It also includes 2 plastic food items, a lemon and a pepper. This is a nice touch in that kids can pretend to eat the items on the dishes and then wash them when “dirty,” a nice increase in playtime and imaginary scenarios. We almost forgot a super fun feature, the dishware color changes underwater! For Maison Battat, it’s clearly all in the details, and this toy takes the prize.

There are three testing periods each year:

It is non-refundable and has no bearing on the result of the testing. Additionally, we require three samples of the product or access codes for online submissions.

* The Seal’s winners will be announced in a media release distributed to over 4,700 media outlets, including Facebook, Mommy bloggers, TV stations, newspapers, and parenting influencers.

* The report is forwarded to buyers at over 350 major retail and online stores including Amazon, Walmart, and Target. Amazon features Seal winners on product pages.
