KNow! has hit the trivia game market with a lightning bolt and our testers certainly stood up and took notice. It is as if the maker has taken every fun element from every other trivia game and loaded it all into KNow! However, unlike trivia games in the past, new information is ever-evolving and can quickly become outdated or out of sync for different generations. The game comes in a well-organized, nicely laid out, durable box. Its white background with pops of blue, red, yellow and green, which some reviewers connected with Google’s colors. Low and behold, Google Assistant is a central component of the game (but not a necessity). There are two well-written instruction manuals available in the box, one for Basic Rules and another for Mini Games. For those who want to hear the instructions read to them, just ask Google! Testers liked that games can be as long or short as they would like. One specific rule of the game garnered lots of praise, all participants can earn points during each question depending on whether the question is answered correctly or not, so the game continues to move instead of having the frustration of being stuck on a particular category. The game is suggested for ten and up when playing an offline version, and sixteen and up when playing the online version, but even younger players could certainly be partnered with adults for a more inclusive family game. Reviewers were really enthusiastic about the fact that KNow! will remain current for many years to come. This certainly sets it apart from its predecessors.

A Seal of Approval review involves a multi-step process conducted over an eight-week period.

Parents and children, experience and review submitted products and services either already released or coming to market.

Participants fill out questionnaires for each product or service they test. They score based on 13 levels of criteria including quality, appeal, design, price, packaging, directions, desirability, stimulation, replay factor, and more. Results are based on both statistical averaging and comments received by testers.

There are three testing periods each year:

Each submission must be accompanied by a $295 product testing fee (we offer multiple submission discounts). This fee covers the cost of testing, nothing more. It is non-refundable and has no bearing on the result of the testing. Additionally, we require three samples of the product or access codes for online submissions.

* Winners of the Seal will be announced in a media release which is distributed to over 4700 media outlets including Facebook, Mommy bloggers and TV station websites.

* The report is forwarded to buyers at over 350 major retail and online stores including Amazon, Walmart, and Target. Amazon features Seal winners on product pages.

* Each report is featured on TNPC’s website as well as TNPC’s Twitter & Instagram accounts and Facebook Page.
