As an entertaining activity bar for infants this is among the best our testers have ever seen. The activity bar has a variety of phrases and songs (over 45 of them!) which are great for babies to listen to, but its even better for the parent so youre not hearing the same thing over and over. There are a couple of buttons on the cow that the baby can push to make sounds and music, but what parents loved most is that its motion activated. When a child is little and doesnt know how to push buttons, but they are swiping their hands at the hanging pieces, it will still activate the sounds. This is such a great introduction to cause and effect. The bar has lots of bright colors which hold the attention of the child. There are 3 dangling pieces which helps them work on their motor skills as they reach for, grasp, and shake them. One of the dangling pieces is a little mirror which is always a baby favorite. The bar has two straps on each side with a very strong Velcro. This helps hang the activity bar very securely to the infant carrier no matter how hard the baby tugs on the toy.
