Quiet/Busy Books
The Educating Amy’s Quiet/Busy Book is a wonderfully crafted, handmade, Montessori-inspired experience for your little one to explore during independent play. It does a terrific job of meeting developmental needs while encouraging imagination and teaching children valuable skills such as using different snaps, zippers, buttons, buckles, and Velcro. Kids can explore everyday life activities using imaginative play such as picking out outfits, getting dressed/undressed, going to bed, taking a bath, brushing teeth, washing and ironing laundry, putting away groceries, and car safety. The lightweight, soft, durable material and size make this easy to store and great for on-the-go use. We would be remiss if we didn’t mention the mission of Educating Amy, the company. Inside the Quiet/Busy Book packaging, the first thing you’ll find is a note inside that states, “you just sent a girl to school who had no access.” The company is on a mission to address the lack of education around the world. They make specific reference to girls in India and how an education can transform their lives. Our parent testers loved discovering a product that gives back to others. They said they were much more likely to spend slightly more on a product when they know that part of the money they are paying is going towards something to better our world. Bravo to Educating AMY!
