This is a family game that will be either a hit or miss depending on your level of Harry Potter fanaticism. If you are among the millions (billions?) of Harry Potter fans out there, and consider yourself to be well versed in all things related to the magical wizarding world of J.K. Rowling, then this is a no brainer. Of course not every player is going to be on equal footing which is why this game is best played with teams since many of the questions require players to join forces to conjure the correct answer. The instructions are clear, the cards are well made and the images are colorful and sharp. Testers felt the cards would hold up well through repeated play. The questions cover all of the movies including the most recent, “Fantastic Beasts.” The projected playing time is between 25 and 45 minutes and testers found that to be an accurate average, although it did vary quite a bit. As for the packaging, it is relatively compact and sturdy, making it possible to toss in the car to play elsewhere.
