There are so many ways to use and grow with this terrific stroller. It all starts in car seat mode, then taking advantage of the standing platform in the rear, a sibling can hop on for a ride either in car seat mode or in regular stroller mode with a younger child. Next up comes the option to put one child in the stroller while the older sibling stands shotgun (is that a thing?) on the platform. There is also a sitting bench and, well, you get the idea. There are so many ways to use and take advantage of the configurations and options offered by Baby Trend in this unique stroller. Apart from all that, this stroller is also quite nimble, agile, and easy to maneuver, even with one hand. Testers told us that they considered it on par with some of the more expensive strollers they had either seen or owned. Like much more expensive strollers, it can be easily maneuvered with one hand. That comes in handy when reaching for a drink conveniently at the ready with the cup or phone holder. The phone holder isn’t a pouch, like so many others offer; it has rubber grips to secure your phone and ensure that it doesn’t get lost, drop or suffer some other fate. With all this going for it, you might think that’s enough, but wait, there’s more, and it’s a biggie. Theres a huge storage area under the seat. It carries so much, and it can be closed with one hand by simply using the magnetic latch. Parents loved this added touch and the fact that they could access the storage from either the front or back of the stroller. For all it does, and for just $170, parents told us that they’d be hard-pressed to find anything that comes close.

HOW IT WORKS

A Seal of Approval review involves a multi-step process conducted over an eight-week period.

Parents and children, experience and review submitted products and services either already released or coming to market.

Participants fill out questionnaires for each product or service they test. They score based on 13 levels of criteria including quality, appeal, design, price, packaging, directions, desirability, stimulation, replay factor and more. Results are based on both statistical averaging and comments received by testers.

There are three testing periods each year:

Each submission must be accompanied by a $295 product testing fee (we offer multiple submission discounts). This fee covers the cost of testing, nothing more. It is non-refundable and has no bearing on the result of the testing. Additionally, we require three samples of the product or access codes for online submissions.
