Patch Products knows how to package their products and Stack Attack is a great example of how shelf appeal can be a powerful draw. This is a dice based game filled with strategy and fast thinking. Like all games there is an element of chance that can change everything so don’t get comfortable. The object is to stack as many of your dice in numerical order (either forward or in reverse) on the yellow “quake” disk provided before the tower falls. The quake disk has grooves on the underside making it necessary for each player to manipulate the dice on the tower to compensate for the uneven distribution of weight. This adds a whole new level to the challenge and the fun. There are multiple rounds in each game which served to make things interesting and kept the determination of a winner in limbo right up until the end. Stack Attack is equally fun to play with two people or more. Testers really liked that adults can play with children and both can be equally challenged thus making it a great family game.
