Air Pogo Xtreme
This next-level, reimagined pogo stick from Adventure Parks thrilled testers young and old who described it as “beyond fun.” How’s that for the open of a product review? Part swing, part pogo stick, this takes the traditional activity toy of the ’60s and ’70s and brings it squarely into the 21st century. Air Pogo Extreme goes beyond the conventional method of only jumping up and down on the ground (which parents still hold onto as a great memory from their youth), this Air Pogo attaches to and hangs on a tree. This unique reinvention incorporates the components of swinging, bouncing, spinning, and interestingly enough, it offers more safety than the old fashioned method of jumping around on the rough pavement. This new activity promotes outdoor time, and although only one person can be on it at a time, testers told us that part of the excitement was watching and cheering others as they take flight. The Air Pogo is surprisingly easy to set up. The biggest challenge is finding a suitable tree limb that is sturdy enough, accessible, and has a clear radius. The green color is visually appealing, blending in with most surroundings, something that parents appreciated.
