Strawberry Ninja
Testers were delighted to discover this smart, compact card game that is fun for the whole family. The premise is certainly unique – things start disappearing from your garden and the prime suspect must be the notorious “Strawberry Ninja.” Your brave kitty is already on the case trying with all its feline cunning to catch the little culprit, but that won’t happen until you help him corner the sneaky little thief. Strawberry Ninja is a cooperative family game for 1-4 players, playable in 15-30 minutes. You may notice that we said 1-4 players, that’s because your child can even play this game on their own, which is very unique. Its simple rules and cooperative nature allow you to play together within minutes after opening the box. While the game may be short it is long in depth and strategy so it holds everyone’s attention. It really is important to know that this is a cooperative game, so if your goal when playing games is to always beat your opponent or if youre just a super competitive person, you should look elsewhere on the game shelf. What really caught our parents’ eye was the games art. The cards are really quite beautifully illustrated with rich earth tones. The box is well made with a magnetic latching system. It is about the size of two decks of cards so easy for taking along on a trip. The game is well made and the attention to detail is superb.
