Tiggly Stamp and its companion Tiggly Safari are marvelous examples of what app developers can do when they think outside the box. Tiggly Stamp involves creating seasonally themed scenes, with four basic shapes that magically help users form more than 80 animals, fruits and objects. You simply tap one of the colorful plastic shapes on the screen and it transforms into an image. Take the shape off the screen and you can drag the image around the screen to design your scene. You can also delete the image by dragging it into the garbage can. Testers love to save and show off their creations and Tiggly thought of that. There is a recording option to create a personal tale by moving the shapes around and telling a story (the app records your child’s voice) about the characters. You can also grab a screenshot of the scenes created. Kidtellect provides parents with a letter, instructions about how to play, learning tips, as well as their learning philosophy, all of which was appreciated and resulted in very positive reviews.
